If you want to make my kids sad just mention my “black car” that broke. They loved it and get sad every time they talk about it. They want it back or they want a matching one. I bought this car right before I got married and drove it until the transmission blew up on my way to Hutch with the kids. They haven’t forgotten. This picture really got them going seeing the black car AND the blue truck in one picture.

This picture also reminded me why I used to call Evan my little Q-tip. What a little fluff head cutie.

Found some more oldies! These two have been buddies since they were little.
Eli told me that he now wants to be a cowboy when he grows up. Why? Because “workers can get nails stuck in their hands and stuff…cowboys won’t” He has been walking around dressed like this for days now. He plays cowboys and princesses with Molly.

So, I didn’t keep updating like I hoped in Hutch. It was just too crazy. I am updating now, so get ready.
There was approx 5 inches of rain over 2 days before going to Hutch. The back yard was flooded so they came up with a new plan. My brother brought carpet padding down and they turned the garage into a huge sleep room for the boys. My dad is a trooper. He slept out in the hot garage with the boys all week.

My mom slept in the basement with the girls.

The kids in their 2010 shirts. Very good color for all these tanned little blondies.

The theme was “Thou God Seest me” and the theme verse was Deuteronomy 5:29. We talked about the importance fearing the Lord.
The kids love the singing time and all of them really sing their little hearts out.

In no particular order my next posts will be some of the activities of the week. We were busy, I am telling ya.
